About the Role and Company
Join Parsons Corporation in Riyadh as a Document Controller dedicated to supporting vital projects by managing and maintaining robust document control procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Manage one or multiple document categories through all procedural stages according to clear guidelines and processes.
- Ensure compliance with predefined document control protocols, such as numbering systems and required approvals.
- Receive, log, and track documentation using standardized document management systems; maintain databases and generate logs, transmittals, and reports as needed.
- Input data and produce reports using standard office software and project-specific applications.
- Scan and digitize documents for electronic storage purposes.
- Maintain distribution systems and schedules based on client, project, department, and supplier demands.
- Facilitate prompt review, approval, and release of supplier and internal documents.
- Work collaboratively as a deadline-oriented team member and handle other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or diploma in a pertinent field.
- Possesses at least one year of professional experience in document control or related roles.
Desired Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and the aptitude to work cooperatively with project staff and management.
