Role Overview

Join our global Capacity & Master Planning team as a Dispatcher supporting offshore sites worldwide. This role involves coordinating service orders and optimizing resource assignments to meet operational needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare service orders for technicians and approve them upon completion.
• Coordinate and assign work within territories considering factors such as weather and technician skills to ensure optimal task allocation.
• Collaborate with Supervisors to define resource requirements, including competencies, materials, and tools for service orders.
• Group and streamline work orders to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain daily communication with technicians, technical support teams, and customers.
• Engage in continuous process improvements by proactively identifying enhancement opportunities and plan strategically for future tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in technical planning or dispatcher roles, preferably in technical environments.
• Proficient in IT applications; experience with SAP is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of wind turbine generator (WTG) technology and willingness to study technical documentation.
• Fluent in both German and English languages.
