Job description
Role Overview
Join our global Capacity & Master Planning team as a Dispatcher supporting offshore sites worldwide. This role involves coordinating service orders and optimizing resource assignments to meet operational needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare service orders for technicians and approve them upon completion.
- Coordinate and assign work within territories considering factors such as weather and technician skills to ensure optimal task allocation.
- Collaborate with Supervisors to define resource requirements, including competencies, materials, and tools for service orders.
- Group and streamline work orders to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain daily communication with technicians, technical support teams, and customers.
- Engage in continuous process improvements by proactively identifying enhancement opportunities and plan strategically for future tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in technical planning or dispatcher roles, preferably in technical environments.
- Proficient in IT applications; experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of wind turbine generator (WTG) technology and willingness to study technical documentation.
- Fluent in both German and English languages.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organized and solution-focused approach to daily responsibilities.
- Ability to remain clear-headed and manage diverse workloads in time-sensitive situations.
- Comfortable working in dynamic settings with fluctuating workloads, supporting team success.
