Dispatch Executive

About the Role

Vridam Healthcare Private Limited seeks a Dispatch Executive to be based in Nashik, Maharashtra. This role involves managing daily shipping tasks and ensuring smooth coordination between departments and delivery services.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily dispatch and shipment operations.
• Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and relevant dispatch documentation.
• Inspect products, quantities, and packaging before dispatch.
• Liaise with courier and transport providers to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update stock/distribution information.
• Collaborate with warehouse, accounts, and other internal teams effectively.
• Monitor shipments and track pending deliveries diligently.
• Ensure proper packaging standards and safe handling of items.
• Carry out other dispatch-related administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed 12th grade or any graduation level qualification.
• Open to freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Competence in record-keeping and document management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
