Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driver to join our team in Nashik on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a valid HMV or Heavy Passenger Vehicle Transport Driving Licence and preferably 2 to 5 years of experience driving buses or heavy vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the company bus safely and responsibly following all traffic regulations.
- Manage pick-up and drop-off of employees or passengers according to the designated schedule.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle.
- Report any vehicle-related issues, accidents, or requirements for maintenance promptly.
- Keep accurate records related to trips and vehicle usage.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a valid HMV or Heavy Passenger Vehicle Transport Driving Licence.
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in driving buses or heavy vehicles.
- Strong familiarity with local routes and geography.
- Capability to drive safely and responsibly at all times.
- Professional communication skills and courteous behavior.
- Punctuality, discipline, and dependability.
