Job description
Role Overview
Join Sanjay Fresh Bake as a Dispatch Executive based in Acharpura, Bhopal, where you will be integral to the daily dispatch functions. Reporting directly to the Dispatch Management team, you will ensure all dispatched products meet the required quality and quantity standards and handle documentation efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and confirm daily dispatch orders based on sales requirements.
- Verify correct products, quantities, batch numbers, and apply FIFO/FEFO principles prior to loading.
- Generate and handle invoices, delivery challans, and related dispatch paperwork.
- Liaise seamlessly with production, warehouse, sales teams, and transporters to ensure streamlined processes.
- Manage the loading process ensuring dispatches are timely and organized.
- Keep detailed daily dispatch logs and report any shortages, damages, or inconsistencies promptly.
- Establish communication with drivers and distributors to coordinate delivery schedules effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably 1 to 3 years of experience in FMCG, bakery, or warehouse dispatch environments.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with basic computer tasks.
- Possess strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-moving workspace.
Compensation
The salary range is ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 monthly, commensurate with your experience and skills.
