Role Overview

As a Dispatch Clerk based in Malaga, you will be pivotal in ensuring streamlined operations by serving as a key liaison between customers, warehouse, drivers, production, and sales teams. This dynamic position involves administrative duties, coordination, and problem-solving, with a focus on maintaining efficient order processing and keeping customers informed throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide order updates promptly.
• Prepare and manage dispatch paperwork and delivery documents accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and transport logistics effectively.
• Communicate any delays and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and sales departments for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, administration, dispatch, logistics, or related coordination roles.
• Confident, professional communication abilities.
• Strong organizational aptitude with keen attention to detail.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Intermediate computing skills; familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage.
• Proactive mindset dedicated to excellent customer service delivery.
