Role Summary
We are seeking a full-time, on-location Delivery Boy in Ranchi. This role involves collecting and transporting medical samples, documents, and consumables between various diagnostic centers and partner sites promptly and securely. Daily responsibilities include efficient route planning, coordinating with lab and logistics teams, keeping accurate delivery records, adhering to handling protocols, and ensuring courteous communication during interactions with partners. The candidate must comply with all road safety rules, company policies, and delivery standards while collaborating closely with operations and logistics personnel to sustain smooth healthcare service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent customer service capabilities, including polite and professional interaction with partner facilities.
- Competence in logistics management and transportation, including route optimization and scheduled deliveries.
- Previous experience or knowledge of delivery work, particularly in food and beverage or a related sector, showing dependability and time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to complete training focused on safe handling of medical samples, company protocols, and compliance standards.
- Must possess a valid driving license for two-wheelers or four-wheelers and maintain a clean driving history.
- Basic literacy skills to accurately maintain logs and comprehend written guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and readiness to work flexible hours on-site in Ranchi.
- Experience in healthcare logistics or courier services is preferred.
