Blinkit is searching for dedicated and dependable Delivery Riders to join our nationwide team, responsible for collecting grocery and daily essential orders from assigned Blinkit stores and ensuring timely and secure delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect orders from specified Blinkit Dark Stores.
- Ensure safe and punctual delivery of grocery and daily essential products.
- Handle items carefully to avoid any damage or leakage.
- Utilize the Blinkit Delivery App along with GPS navigation for order management.
- Receive payments from customers when needed.
- Update delivery progress through the application promptly.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company-mandated safety guidelines.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ownership of a bike or scooter.
- An Android smartphone with active internet connectivity.
- Responsible demeanor with punctuality.
- Mandatory documents include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, bank account details, and a passport-sized photograph.
Compensation and Location
This position offers a monthly salary ranging between ₹25,000 and ₹40,000 with additional incentives up to ₹10,000. The total earning potential can reach ₹50,000 monthly. Salary and incentives may fluctuate based on location, working shifts, delivery volume, individual performance, and company policies.
