Role Overview

The Dishwasher at Gator's Dockside plays a vital role in maintaining hygiene and organization within the dishwashing and refuse areas. Reporting to management, this role ensures cleanliness and safety while supporting the overall guest dining experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in dishwashing zone and trash disposal areas.
• Properly clean and sanitize various food service implements including dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, utensils, prep equipment, and other kitchen tools using designated sinks and dishwashers.
• Report any equipment issues or unsafe and unsanitary conditions promptly to management, including Kitchen Manager, Assistant Managers, or General Manager.
• Complete assigned cleaning and organization projects efficiently as instructed by management.
• Support food preparation tasks as a prep cook during slower periods, adhering to corporate food safety guidelines and maintaining up-to-date food safety certification.
• Assist in cleaning and upkeep of common restaurant spaces such as restrooms, dining areas, floors, walls, windows, drink stations, and furniture as directed.
• Follow all employee handbook policies, procedures, and training directives consistently.
• Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness to ensure safety and professionalism.

Additional Details

This position is under full-time, onsite employment at the Bristol, England location of Gator's Dockside. The dishwasher will work collaboratively with management and all team members to contribute positively to customer dining experiences and restaurant operations.
