About Flik Hospitality Group
Flik Hospitality Group is inviting applications for a full-time Dishwasher role based in Scottsdale, AZ, located at 14321 North Northsight Boulevard, zip code 85260. Job Summary
The Dishwasher will ensure all dishes, cookware, trays, kitchen equipment, work areas, and utensils are maintained in a clean and sanitary state adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove food residues from dirty dishes and clean them manually or load into dishwashing machines as per assigned equipment, ensuring thorough sanitation.
- Wash pots, pans, and trays following set guidelines for complete cleanliness and sanitation.
- Polish silverware utilizing various tools and methods such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths according to procedures, maintaining sanitation.
- Follow safety protocols meticulously.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate temperature and chemical levels according to standards.
- Keep dishwashing areas organized and compliant with safety norms.
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors to uphold safety and sanitation standards.
- Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Collect trash, dispose of it properly, and clean garbage containers using steam or hoses.
- Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work zones.
- Assist in loading and unloading supplies and products.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in food safety and dishwashing is preferred. Holding a Food Handler's card is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage ranges from $19.00 to $20.00. Employees working full-time receive medical and dental benefits.
