Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated dishwashers/general utility team members to maintain exceptional food quality and a clean environment for guests. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant's back of house, focusing on dish pit and dish machine operations with an emphasis on efficiency and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate dishwashing equipment and manage the dish pit area to ensure cleanliness and supply availability.
- Collaborate cooperatively with back-of-house staff and maintain courteous communication with coworkers.
- Maintain stringent cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
