Job Responsibilities

• Operate the dishwashing machine efficiently and safely.
• Ensure rinse and wash water temperatures meet sanitation standards.
• Properly handle dishwashing chemicals including changing water and storing substances safely.
• Organize and set up dish racks for washing and drying.
• Dispose of trash according to facility guidelines.
• Uphold all safety and sanitation policies within the kitchen area.
• Work collaboratively within the team environment to maintain smooth operations.
