Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and maintain correct rinse and wash water temperatures.
• Change water as needed and handle dishwashing chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Set up and arrange dish racks systematically for optimal workflow.
• Manage waste by removing trash in a timely manner.
• Maintain adherence to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Demonstrate cooperative teamwork with kitchen and restaurant staff.
