Job Summary

The Dishwasher ensures all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and the kitchen work areas and equipment are maintained in excellent sanitary condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove food residue from dirty dishes by scraping and rinsing before washing by hand or using dishwashing machines.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays adhering to established procedures to ensure full sanitation.
• Polish silverware through various methods including burnishing machine, chemical dips, buffing, and hand cloth techniques.
• Observe safety protocols consistently throughout all tasks.
• Maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels according to provided standards.
• Keep the dishwashing area well-organized and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and cleanliness requirements.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces thoroughly.
• Handle trash removal and sanitation of garbage containers through steam cleaning or hosing.
• Assist with transferring supplies and equipment between storage and workstations.
• Support loading and unloading of supplies and products.
• Perform additional assigned duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in dishwashing and food safety is mandatory.
• Availability to work full-time with variable days and hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work onsite at the SeaTac location in Washington.

Compensation and Perks

• Hourly wage fixed at $20.75.
• Weekly pay provided.
• Parking available at the worksite.
