Job Overview

We are immediately hiring full-time Dishwashers at the Menlo Park location (Snowflake - 125 Constitution Drive, Menlo Park, CA 94026). Applicants must have prior dishwashing experience in high-volume, fast-paced corporate settings. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, either 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional details provided during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food debris from dirty dishes, washing them by hand or loading them into dishwashing machines according to assigned equipment protocols to ensure sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following designated procedures to maintain complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polish silverware using equipment such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths per operational guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and maintain proper temperatures and chemical levels as defined by standards.
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen work areas tidy, safe, and compliant with sanitation requirements.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces thoroughly.
• Collect and dispose of trash properly, including steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and workstations as needed.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess previous experience in dishwashing within a high-volume, fast-paced, corporate environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a fixed hourly wage of $21.75.
