Job Overview

We are actively seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our team at Nike Food Services located at 3100 Frayser Boulevard, Memphis, TN 38128. Candidates with dishwashing experience are encouraged to apply. This role requires open availability with variable hours and days, details to be shared during interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food residues from dishes, washing by hand or loading into dishwashing equipment ensuring thorough cleanliness and sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following specific procedures to meet sanitation standards.
• Polish silverware using designated machines and manual methods to achieve sanitary conditions.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and standard maintenance of chemical and temperature levels.
• Maintain orderly dishwashing area respecting safety and cleanliness norms.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean food prep surfaces including walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Manage waste by removing trash to designated areas and cleaning garbage containers regularly.
• Assist with supply transfer between storage and workstations and help load/unload deliveries.
• Carry out additional assigned duties as necessary.
