Job Overview

We seek a diligent Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and order in our kitchen environments. This full-time role is based in Fishers, IN, where you will ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are sanitized following strict hygiene guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or manual washing methods.
• Organize and store clean kitchen items in designated areas efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen workspace, including floors, utensils, and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors daily, dispose of trash correctly, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist with sorting and removing waste to designated collection spots.
• Adhere to sanitation rules and food safety protocols rigorously.
• Support kitchen operations by helping unload and store deliveries as required.
• Carry out additional kitchen duties assigned by supervisors or culinary staff.

Qualifications & Experience

• No formal education required, though a high school diploma or equivalent is favorable.
• Experience as a dishwasher or similar kitchen role is advantageous.
• Able to operate efficiently in a high-paced kitchen setting.
• Meticulous attention to hygiene standards and cleanliness.
• Physical endurance to stand for prolonged durations and lift heavy items like trays and dish racks.
• Understanding of sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Cooperative team member with good communication abilities.
