Job Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchenware, workspaces, equipment, and utensils in an orderly fashion.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food debris from soiled dishes, either washing by hand or utilizing dishwashing machines, ensuring thorough cleanliness and sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following established procedures to maintain sanitation standards.
• Polish silverware using equipment like burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or manually as per assigned tools and guidelines.
• Follow all safety protocols diligently and maintain dish area organization compliant with safety norms.
• Monitor and adjust temperatures and chemical levels adhering to specified standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to uphold safety and hygiene.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces thoroughly.
• Dispose of trash properly into designated containers and clean garbage cans using steam or hose.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as necessary.
• Assist with loading and unloading of supplies and products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.

Schedule and Location

This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with 7-day workweeks and 2 days off, working hours from 12:45 PM to 9:00 PM. The position is based at IMG Academy, 5650 Bollettieri Boulevard, Bradenton, FL 34210.

Qualifications and Preferences

• Prior experience in a dishwashing or similar role is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $18.
