Overview

OTO Development is excited to offer a Dishwasher position, supporting our Food and Beverage department in Panama City Beach, FL. This role requires dedication to maintaining cleanliness and order in a busy kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and safety.

Key Duties

• Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine effectively.
• Wash and sanitize all restaurant china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen and banquet items.
• Break down boxes and dispose of trash in dumpsters properly.
• Clean kitchen walls as needed to uphold hygiene standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors daily, including cleaning floor mats.
• Assist in cleaning ovens and refrigerators on a regular schedule.
• Monitor dish machine temperatures to ensure proper sanitization of all utensils and cookware.
• Maintain a dry and debris-free floor environment at all times.
• Help unload shipments, date inventory, and stock items accordingly.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
• Capable of stocking shelves located above eye level.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods during shifts.
• Familiarity with kitchen safety procedures to maintain a secure workspace.

Physical and Travel Expectations

This position demands physical endurance, requiring standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for prolonged durations. Minimal to no travel outside the property or adjacent areas is needed.

Additional Information

Sign-on Bonus: Total $400 distributed as $200 after 90 days and $200 after 180 days of employment.
