Job Overview
As a Dishwasher at Remington Hospitality in Anchorage, AK, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen by following established procedures for dishwashing and sanitation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate the dish machine properly and maintain it according to set guidelines.
- Wash glasses and dishes using standard dish racks, and clean pots and pans in designated pot washer zones.
- Ensure continuous cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping broken glass/dishes and mopping spills promptly.
- Handle trash disposal by emptying and sanitizing full trash cans, then replacing bags.
- Adhere strictly to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) protocols and general safety practices.
- Support other kitchen areas as needed, including assisting with banquet plating duties.
