Job Overview

As a Dishwasher at Remington Hospitality in Princeton, NJ, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen by properly handling dishwashing and sanitation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines following established procedures to clean glasses and dishes efficiently using standard dish racks.
• Handle washing of pots and pans specifically in the designated pot washer area.
• Ensure continual cleanliness in the kitchen environment by sweeping broken glass or dishes and mopping spills promptly.
• Manage trash disposal by emptying full and heavy trash bins, sanitizing containers after use, and replacing trash bags diligently.
• Adhere strictly to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with miscellaneous kitchen duties as assigned, including supporting banquet event plating when required.
