- Work closely with frontline teams to identify customer needs, participate in account planning, and recommend targeted, needs-based solutions in coordination with product, service, and marketing teams.
- Bridge the gap between sales teams and solution expertise during the solutioning process.
- Lead complex value proposition and solution development—from pitch through deal closure—especially for customized or multi-product opportunities.
- Coordinate with the CSC Lead to assemble the right solutioning experts to support client opportunities and RFPs.
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Business Directors to build and quantify value propositions for integrated solutions.
- Iterate with frontline teams during value proposition creation and proposal development phases to ensure solutions meet client-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with product specialists and technical architects to develop detailed business requirements.
- Engage sales and solution specialists within CSC and across segments to leverage expertise as needed.
- Proactively innovate by creating ready-to-deploy solutions that bundle Mastercard assets addressing key customer pain points.
- Identify and involve external enabling partners such as fintechs when internal capabilities are insufficient.
- Replicate successful solutions and sales approaches across markets and segments.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the Solution Architect community.
- Provide feedback to product and solution teams and segment leads to refine strategies and offerings based on segment needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive expertise in product development, product management, customer experience, and complex problem solving.
- Strong understanding of Mastercard’s products and service suite.
- Fundamental knowledge of technical concepts, including APIs and process workflows, with the ability to interpret business contexts and customer needs.
- Experience architecting integrated, innovative solutions by combining multiple Mastercard products and services tailored to key strategic client objectives.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a natural aptitude for integration across functions and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build consensus internally and garner support for proposed solutions.
- Analytical skills to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data and produce actionable insights.
Corporate Security Responsibilities

- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
- Report any suspected security breaches or violations promptly.
- Complete all mandatory periodic security training as per guidelines.
