- Develop and present investment recommendations and capital structures to the Real Estate Investment Committee and other governance bodies.
- Originate, negotiate, and execute M&A and strategic transactions relevant to Equinix's focus areas, driving teams to successful deal closing.
- Evaluate structural options such as build vs buy, different investment vehicles to support deal structuring guidelines.
- Create investment theses, operational models, synergy estimates, and capital structure analyses alongside Business Unit leaders.
- Develop presentation materials to facilitate senior executive discussions and Investment Committee reviews.
- Autonomously manage complex, multi-quarter projects, proactively addressing challenges with minimal supervision.
- Run cross-departmental project meetings to coordinate regional and company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Prepare concise updates and materials for senior leadership including the executive team and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Principal Investing, or Corporate Development with a proven track record in sourcing or executing third-party capital transactions.
