About the Role
As Director Consulting in Digitalization and Software Development, you will play a pivotal role in growing our projects and leading the further development of our team within the Business Unit North. This position combines client engagement, team leadership, and strategic business development to create sustainable and forward-looking solutions for our clients.
You will be part of an international consulting and IT services company where collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurial thinking are central.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead both functionally and disciplinarily a team sized between 7 and 15 members.
- Foster talent development and provide targeted support for the individual growth of your team members.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients at management level.
- Identify and secure new projects with both existing and new clients.
- Oversee the successful execution of ongoing projects and customer programs.
- Ensure high-quality standards and lasting client satisfaction.
- Contribute actively to the strategic advancement and expansion of the business area.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in leading and developing employees or teams.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects or programs in IT or consulting environments.
- Skilled in building and nurturing trustworthy client relationships.
- Structured and analytical working style with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor in client settings.
Additional Advantages
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
- Background or hands-on experience in software development.
Education & Experience
A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Business Informatics, or a comparable field is required, along with multiple years of professional experience in consulting, IT, or project environments.
