Job Overview
We are seeking a Director, Client Partner to join our team operating primarily in Frankfurt, Munich, or Berlin, Germany, working in a hybrid model. The role involves managing and expanding major accounts in the Manufacturing and Automotive industries, driving revenue and client satisfaction while serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership within client organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute account strategies tailored for the Manufacturing and Automotive sectors to fulfill client objectives
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders across various accounts
- Boost revenue by enlarging existing client partnerships and uncovering new business opportunities
- Develop and oversee strategic account plans that align client goals with EPAM's suite of services
- Lead the creation of RFP responses and proposals, delivering compelling presentations to clients
- Set engagement scopes, design solutions, project financials, and implement effective operational frameworks to ensure successful delivery
- Work hand-in-hand with EPAM’s senior leadership, technical experts, and delivery teams to create and execute comprehensive client strategies
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Experienced in roles such as Client Partner, Account Manager, Delivery Partner, or comparable account leadership within IT services
- Proven track record of managing client engagements in fast-paced environments with demonstrable impact
- Deep understanding of digital transformation initiatives and software engineering processes, including collaboration with engineering and design units
- Successful history in expanding global accounts within the Manufacturing or Automotive industries
- Skilled at managing client expectations concerning delivery and commercial matters confidently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with responsibility for profit and loss, adept at driving growth through additional sales
- Strong analytical skills paired with a consultative approach to solving client challenges
- Competent in engaging senior executives to influence strategic decisions
- Fluent in both German and English, with willingness to travel as required
