Role Overview

This role seeks a seasoned consulting professional skilled in delivery, stakeholder engagement, and program execution, with a robust understanding of digital transformation, Operational Technology (OT), asset management, business process enhancement, and technology-driven changes in complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services spanning digital innovations, OT, asset management, data management, transformation, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to craft solutions, resolve business issues, and ensure successful project delivery across multiple assignments.
• Lead and contribute to business development activities including opportunity identification, proposal drafting, technical documentation, client presentations, costing, and solution refinement within the digital consulting domain.
• Champion safe working practices aligned with Worley and client HSSE standards, while fostering consulting methodology enhancement, knowledge dissemination, mentoring, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Digital Consulting group.
• Develop and implement digital strategy roadmaps for industrial and capital-intensive enterprises.
• Focus daily activities on digital solution deployment, data architecture design, information governance, and technology-enabled business transformations.
• Establish and nurture trustful relationships with client stakeholders offering advisory support in digital transformation, operational excellence, portfolio oversight, governance, asset management, and technology initiatives.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in managing portfolios, stakeholder interactions, use case prioritization, delivery scheduling, and benefit realization.
• Proactive, delivery-oriented, and commercially minded consulting approach.
• Adaptability in managing diverse clients, sectors, and engagement types with a strong focus on customer outcomes and value creation. Travel to client sites is expected.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, SMEs, vendors, system integrators, and project teams.
• Contributions to client delivery, proposal development, capability building, knowledge sharing, and growth of consulting practices are anticipated.
• Strong background in consulting, advisory, or senior client-facing roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital technologies, OT, data integration, analytics, IoT, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with digital transformation, asset management, data governance, operational improvement technologies and solutions.
• Expertise in formulating and executing digital strategy roadmaps for industrial or capital-intensive sectors.
• Experience working with Digital Twins, Data & Analytics, Industrial IoT, APM, or enterprise-scale transformation solutions is advantageous.
• Proficient understanding of standards and technologies like OPC, ETL, IoT and OT/IT convergence including integration of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, historians with enterprise systems such as ERP, CMMS, MES.
• Knowledge of Worley’s Data Centric Engineering and Design systems (e.g., E3D/S3D, SPID, SPI, SPE, SPF) is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards ISO15926, ISO14224, CFIHOS, DEXPI, FL3DMS, CAPE-OPEN offers additional advantage.
• Hands-on experience implementing Digital Twin and Asset Performance Management technologies.
• Expertise in managing change within industrial environments, including promoting workforce adoption of new digital tools and processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms incorporating microservices, IaaS, PaaS, and distributed systems architectures.
• Understanding of both cloud and on-premises security and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying opportunities, evaluating risks, and delivering pragmatic recommendations.
