About the Role

Join Microsoft’s Digital Enterprise Sales team as a Digital Solution Area Specialist focusing on AI Workforce for the Swedish market. This role is part of Microsoft's Global Enterprise Sales organization, dedicated to empowering enterprise customers by leveraging the Microsoft Cloud. You will engage closely with a targeted set of enterprise clients to discover and meet their business objectives through cutting-edge digital strategies and collaborative partnerships. The role sits at the intersection of innovation and customer success, with emphasis on fostering diversity, wellbeing, sustainability, and prioritizing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate strategic discussions with enterprise clients to highlight opportunities for digital transformation, particularly emphasizing artificial intelligence adoption and its business impact.
• Work in synergy with account teams, partners, and service groups to identify, assess, and grow significant opportunities within large-scale organizations.
• Develop, recommend, and propel AI-driven solutions tailored to customer requirements, utilizing demonstrations, workshops, and direct interaction to promote adoption.
• Coordinate and align internal teams and partner networks to foster deal progression and ensure successful business outcomes.
• Deliver competitive intelligence and analyses to guide customer strategies and boost innovation in digital sales engagements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Swedish language is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline plus relevant technology sales or account management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced qualifications such as a Master’s in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, along with experience in technology sales or consultancy services sales.
• Proven track record in solution sales or technology consulting services sales.

Compensation and Benefits

In Ireland, the typical salary band for this position ranges from €49,200 to €71,400 annually. Additional benefits and compensation packages may apply.
