Role Overview

As part of the AI Workforce Specialists team, you will be an experienced and passionate specialist committed to leading strategic engagements delivering comprehensive AI Workforce transformations at scale. Your focus will be on driving AI-powered productivity solutions such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Agents, ME3, ME5, and Frontline Worker within customer organizations.

You will strategize and collaborate across various internal teams and customers, guiding consultative conversations and managing the full lifecycle of AI Workforce solution opportunities. Your role will involve partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners to cross-sell and up-sell, enhancing your expertise and career growth in AI Workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer discussions on modern workplace transformation, demonstrating how Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-enabled tools enhance productivity, engagement, and business results based on industry-specific needs.
• Collaborate with Microsoft's partner ecosystem to co-sell and co-create solutions, integrating AI and modern workplace functionalities tailored to customer contexts while supporting partner onboarding as needed.
• Utilize data analytics and business insights—including whitespace and industry trend analyses—to identify and pursue high-value customer opportunities and build targeted prospect lists.
• Manage overall business territory activities, including forecasting, account planning, and portfolio development to align sales efforts with strategic objectives.
• Apply the orchestration model to proactively close deals by aligning internal and partner stakeholders and expanding relevant relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in technology-related sales or account management, OR
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline plus several years of tech sales or account management experience, OR
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), IT, or similar field plus several years of technology sales/account management experience.
• Fluency in both English and German at a professional level (German C1 or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

• Significant experience in solution sales or consulting services.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and expertise in change management or adoption processes is advantageous.

Additional Information

The typical base salary for this role in Ireland ranges from €49,200 to €71,400 annually. In Spain, it ranges from €38,000 to €59,700 per annum. Eligibility for benefits and other compensation varies by role.
