Role Overview
This role is tailored for property valuers specialized in residential mortgages who desire to reduce driving and time away from home while maintaining high-quality valuations and excellent client service. Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Produce precise and comprehensive residential mortgage valuation reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the valuation process.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory experience in residential mortgage valuations.
- Possession of RPV or CPV qualification, ideally accompanied by at least one year of relevant experience.
- Thorough knowledge of the local residential property markets.
- Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
