Role Overview

We are seeking a Residential Registered Valuer based in Hamilton, tasked with delivering timely, high-quality residential valuation reports throughout the Waikato region. This position requires exceptional communication skills to manage client relationships effectively, as well as business opportunities, while attaining personal annual financial targets.

Key Responsibilities and Focus

• Provide accurate and detailed valuation reports for residential properties.
• Deliver valuations promptly to meet client deadlines and expectations.
• Collaborate regularly with internal teams and maintain professional relations with external stakeholders.
• Operate with an emphasis on quality and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Registered Valuer recognized by NZIV with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate.
• Degree in Business specializing in Property or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven industry experience in property valuation.
• Existing listings on Valocity and Cotality Valuation Panels.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent report writing and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team environment.
