Job description
Overview
We seek a highly motivated Digital Product Manager dedicated to optimizing the complete digital customer journey. This role requires turning user insights into impactful product strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering engaging digital experiences that resonate with users.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously update and prioritize the digital experience roadmap based on emerging data and insights.
- Conduct customer interviews and usability testing to identify pain points and unmet user needs.
- Develop and refine comprehensive opportunity assessments and problem definitions prior to solution development.
- Participate actively in sprint ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, and review sessions to help remove obstacles and clarify queries.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B testing experiments with predefined hypotheses and success criteria.
- Generate weekly summaries outlining performance insights, outcomes, and planned actions.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure correct feature instrumentation from launch.
- Provide weekly product updates to leadership covering progress, risks, and required decisions.
- Lead weekly design critique sessions to evaluate user flows, manage complexity, and uphold quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Between 4 and 7 years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-facing digital products.
- Proficient with data analysis, able to write SQL queries or competently use business intelligence tools independently.
- Hands-on experience designing and interpreting A/B tests to make informed product decisions beyond mere reporting.
- Strong intuition in user experience to critically evaluate wireframes and uphold high standards in design quality.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous contexts by scoping issues, defining minimum viable products, and delivering iteratively.
- Proven history of collaborating with agile engineering teams beyond simple task management.
- Experience within real estate, property technology, or marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of personalization engines and managing CMS-driven digital environments is advantageous.
