Role Overview
A forward-thinking organisation in Singapore is seeking a Digital Executive for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role suits candidates with roughly four years of experience in digital communications, website, or CMS roles. The position involves managing website content, enforcing content governance, and supporting digital communication strategies to enhance the organisation’s online presence. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update website content through the CMS, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accuracy.
- Uphold content governance by enforcing quality standards and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand needs and deliver appropriate digital solutions.
- Identify and resolve CMS or website technical issues independently, liaising with technical teams when necessary.
- Support digital communication campaigns to boost online engagement and visibility.
- Analyze website analytics to recommend improvements based on data.
- Develop editorial calendars and schedule content updates for timely publication.
- Contribute to social media messaging tailored for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Engage in team meetings to share ideas, address challenges, and support new digital initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Approximately four years’ experience in digital content management, website management, or CMS-focused roles across various industries.
- Experienced in using modern CMS tools with a strong focus on detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Excellent organizational skills and a process-oriented approach to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels and foster stakeholder relationships.
- Proactive problem-solving skills for troubleshooting CMS and website issues, escalating when necessary.
- Good judgement on content suitability and meticulous attention to detail in published materials.
- Understanding or experience with social media platforms and adapting content tone appropriately; in-depth expertise in TikTok is not required.
- Enthusiasm for learning new business domains to identify content opportunities aligned with organisational goals.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and basic HTML/CSS is beneficial but not mandatory.
