Position Overview

Join Antaes Asia as a DevOps Expert reporting directly to the Head of Digital Infrastructure. This role offers the chance to be a pioneering member in building a leading digital infrastructure team from the ground up within the private banking sector. You will have a notable influence on shaping the team’s culture, working methods, and technical direction while collaborating closely to develop a cutting-edge platform and industrialized CI/CD pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement container-based infrastructures utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift platforms.
• Administer and enhance Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters to ensure optimal performance, high availability, and robust security.
• Create and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines with tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Develop, update, and maintain automation scripts that facilitate deployment and infrastructure administration.
• Define and enforce container governance policies focused on security measures and vulnerability management.
• Deliver technical support to development teams, alongside preparing comprehensive training materials and documentation.
• Assist both development and operations divisions in embracing DevOps methodologies and encouraging effective collaboration.
• Formulate DevOps strategies that align with the organization’s broader platform ambitions.
• Constantly improve development, deployment, and operational workflows for efficiency.
• Conduct training initiatives aimed at empowering the team to work autonomously and proactively.
• Promote open communication channels to break down silos between teams and ensure seamless collaboration.
