In this role as Developer Relations Manager for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region, you will interface with a diverse developer community spanning enterprises, startups, governments, and independent software vendors (ISVs). Reporting to the APAC Head of Developer Ecosystems, your mission is to advance GPU-accelerated computing adoption in ANZ startups by building strong ecosystems and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in AI domains such as Robotics, Generative AI workflows, and Large Language Model (LLM) innovations, while fostering partnerships and engaging with influencers and industry events.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to solve AI challenges via NVIDIA AI software solutions, acting as a catalyst to prioritize initiatives and boost adoption.
• Champion NVIDIA’s development tools, libraries, and SDKs or equivalent technologies to speed up AI development journeys for ANZ developers.
• Discover emerging workflows, detect obstacles to adoption, and provide insights to product teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with partner managers, solution architects, business development, sales, and marketing teams inside NVIDIA.
• Utilize conferencing tools extensively and undertake occasional travel, empowered to choose effective approaches to support partners’ success.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related areas.
• Over 10 years' experience in technical leadership roles with a focus on developing GPU-accelerated computing solutions.
• Practical familiarity with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems involving startups, ISVs, cloud service providers (CSPs), and SaaS/platform products.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with empathy for developers’ needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, proven in presenting value propositions to both technical teams and executives.
• Robust project management skills, capable of planning and driving multiple collaborative projects efficiently.
• In-depth understanding of recent advances in LLMs, Vision Language Models (VLMs), Agentic AI, and Generative AI.
• Hands-on expertise in software architecture, implementation, and programming.
• Passion for AI’s growth, a commitment to self-improvement, and goal-driven mindset.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks and involvement in AI operations (AIOps)/MLOps ecosystems both on cloud and on-premises.
• Background or empathy for software engineering and application development workflows.
• Exposure to NVIDIA AI Software platforms such as NeMo, Triton, or RAPIDS.
