Detailer (Flat Rate)

Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking motivated Detail Specialists for flat rate positions at our Easley, SC location. We operate vehicle detailing and reconditioning centers for automotive dealerships across the U.S., emphasizing teamwork, excellent customer service, and high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store facilities to ensure premium service quality.
• Provide top-level customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and courteously.
• Perform vehicle washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming interiors, cleaning upholstery/surfaces, and applying protective preservation treatments.
• Operate buffing machines and utilize various cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively.
• May clean engine compartments, remove grease, and apply dyes, paints, and waxes to vehicle interiors as needed.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management based on operational requirements.

Working Conditions

• Physical demands include frequent bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and repeated entry/exit of vehicles throughout shifts.
• Work may occur outdoors in variable weather conditions.
• Handle numerous vehicles daily with use of OSHA-approved cleaning products.
• Must flex spine, hands, wrists, and fingers often; occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Requires sharp vision and hearing to identify small detailing imperfections and ensure high quality standards.
• Maintain a sense of urgency, respecting customers' time.
• Obey strict uniform and grooming protocols.

• Team oriented and dependable, with a strong work ethic including punctuality.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet production demands.
• Capable of driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
