Job Summary

The Detailer will be responsible for the initial washing of vehicles before production, as well as thorough cleaning and detailing of all allocated vehicles prior to their final customer delivery. This role also includes maintaining cleanliness in the repair facility and collaborating with team members to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Manually wash vehicle exteriors using brushes and washing equipment.
• Polish and dry vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats, and bodies.
• Apply buffers, polishing products, and waxes to protect and enhance vehicle exteriors.
• Vacuum and shampoo interiors, apply air fresheners, and remove stains where necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workshop by sweeping and regularly emptying garbage receptacles.
• Ensure the parking lot remains clean and organized at all times.
• Power wash the shop floor as needed to reduce visible dirt.
• Organize vehicles daily within the parking lot including managing keys, floor mats, and repair order signage.
• Consistently apply the "WOW" operating standards to uphold quality and productivity, positively influencing shop efficiency and customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score).

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent credential.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with precision in performing tasks.
• Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced setting, multitasking effectively under pressure.

Physical and Other Requirements

• Capability to frequently bend, crouch, reach, and handle tools.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds regularly.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $17.60 to $22.00.
