Role Overview
As the primary contact from the claims team, you will conduct virtual property damage assessments, create detailed repair scopes, and collaborate with customers, builders, and internal claims teams to ensure optimal repair solutions. Primary Responsibilities
- Perform virtual evaluations of insured residential properties
- Develop comprehensive scopes of work and identify the most suitable repair approaches

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in residential building, construction, estimating, restoration, or insurance claims assessing
- Thorough knowledge of residential construction methods and repair procedures
- Proficiency in preparing precise scopes of work for insurance or construction purposes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of building relationships with builders and customers
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities for managing multiple claims simultaneously
