Job Summary
This position focuses on delivering deskside support for desktop, laptop, and PC environments. Key duties include handling Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC) requests, break-fix scenarios, and general end-user assistance. The role involves configuring and imaging systems using a standardized client image known as eCore.
Additional responsibilities include managing special projects as assigned by clients, providing technical training to junior staff members, and performing data collection or preservation tasks related to migrations and electronic discovery processes. When necessary, the engineer will support manufacturing shop floor devices such as handhelds, laptops, and scanners.
