Design Verification Manager

Role Overview

As a Design Verification Manager at Omnivision based in Singapore, you will lead a dedicated verification team committed to innovation and excellence in design verification. You will be responsible for implementing cutting-edge verification methodologies to navigate complex design challenges, ensuring thorough and timely execution of test plans with the goal of achieving zero defects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a highly motivated verification team focused on pushing design verification boundaries.
• Develop and apply advanced verification methodologies including UVM, C/C++ co-simulation, system emulation, mixed-mode simulation, and formal verification to handle intricate design complexities.
• Systematically perform comprehensive reviews of test plans and ensure their implementation with high quality and adherence to schedules.
• Strive to achieve flawless verification outcomes by adopting innovative and efficient verification approaches across broad test scopes.

Requirements

• Profound understanding of SoC design principles, IP block integration, and system-level verification.
• Proficient in crafting, executing, and analyzing verification test plans.
• Experience with ASIC verification flows and Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools.
• Strong discipline, a commitment to quality, and a drive for superior results.
• Excellent leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• Expertise in UVM verification methodology is essential.
• Experience in programming with C and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Additional experience in RTL design is advantageous.
• Knowledge or background in video processing and analytics is beneficial.
• A passion for programming and strong general programming skills are pluses.
