Job Overview
We are seeking a Design & Operations Associate skilled in both AutoCAD design and comprehensive project management. This role requires active involvement beyond desk duties, taking ownership from initial measurements through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop precise 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings tailored for custom shower enclosures.
- Convert site measurements into detailed and accurate design layouts ensuring practicality in installation and fabrication stages.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to finalize designs aligning with customer expectations.
- Oversee daily project progression from order placement up to installation completion.
- Coordinate effectively with fabrication and installation teams as well as vendors and logistics partners.
- Monitor project schedules to guarantee delivery within a 7-day timeframe.
- Conduct site visits and take measurements as needed to support execution.
- Maintain strict quality standards to ensure flawless design and installation outcomes.
- Promptly address and resolve any issues encountered during on-site operations.
- Uphold the company’s commitment to providing a high-end finish and excellent customer service.
