Role Overview

The Design Lead will oversee a portfolio of 12 to 15 projects each month, managing a team of 6 to 10 designers. The role entails enhancing design productivity, conducting necessary training, facilitating design discussions, and ensuring high-quality design outcomes aligned with customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct design projects, including leading design-related meetings.
• Supervise the performance and productivity of the design team.
• Manage customer relationships to enrich the client experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction measured through design Net Promoter Scores.
• Provide technical training to designers as needed to elevate skill sets.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.
• Advanced qualifications such as a Master's or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design and project management.
• Proven track record of leading and successfully completing at least 10 full residential/interior projects.
