Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the sales readiness of your store located at Heese 2, 29225 Celle Neustadt and manage daily operations when the store manager is absent.
- Collaborate closely with the store manager to form a strong leadership team.
- Regularly communicate with the store manager about strategic topics and ensure information flow and task delegation to your team.
- Maintain order within the store and address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor key performance indicators continuously and manage sales and inventory in coordination with the store manager.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in retail with relevant work experience preferred; career changers, e.g., from hospitality or gastronomy, are warmly welcomed.
- Customer-oriented, committed, and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to actively contribute and collaborate flexibly with the team.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members in their tasks.
- Flexibility to work within store opening hours from Monday to Saturday.
