Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Deputy Store Manager to join our Berlin store, starting immediately. This position involves supporting daily operations and team leadership within a dynamic retail environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth daily operational processes
• Managing and analyzing key business metrics
• Training, leading, motivating, and developing team members
• Conducting employee training sessions
• Planning staff schedules
• Acting as representative in the store manager's absence

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail, hospitality, hotel, or similar customer service roles
• Commercial acumen with business-oriented thinking
• Leadership experience, ideally managing larger teams
• Proactive, hands-on approach
