As a Loss Prevention Officer at TK Maxx, you'll play a key role in maintaining safety and security for customers, colleagues, and merchandise. This position is full-time and based onsite, contributing directly to a secure and welcoming retail environment in South Shields, England.
Role Responsibilities
- Act as a visible, approachable presence at store entrances to enhance customer safety and deter loss on the salesfloor.
- Collaborate closely with the store team to safeguard products and assets effectively.
- Utilize conflict resolution skills to address security incidents professionally and calmly.
- Represent the loss prevention function positively as an ambassador within the store.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within fast-paced retail environments or security roles, though not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Self-driven, resilient, and motivated with strong communication abilities.
