Role Summary
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Advisor to help protect our customers, employees, and assets at TK Maxx in Corby. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with the store team to conduct investigations, analyze loss trends, and provide coaching with the goal of reducing shrinkage and promoting safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store in protecting merchandise and assets through effective incident investigations and analysis.
- Engage in conflict resolution to manage external theft situations in a professional, safe manner.
- Provide education and coaching to store associates on loss prevention best practices and maintain high loss awareness.
- Balance customer interaction with behind-the-scenes activities to perform your loss prevention duties efficiently.
Candidate Profile
We seek individuals who are resilient, self-motivated, and able to influence others constructively. Experience working within retail loss prevention or security environments handling shrink and crime resolution is beneficial but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive technical training to prepare you for success in this role.
