Role Overview

The Deputy Manager Operations role is a full-time, on-site position entrusted with supporting the operations manager in managing daily functions of the hotel and leisure club. This includes ensuring uniform service standards throughout front desk, food and beverage, and leisure amenities. Responsibilities include supervising various teams, organizing staff schedules, monitoring hotel occupancy and revenue streams, and handling guest concerns efficiently and professionally.

The Deputy Manager also assists in developing and following operational protocols, upholding health and safety requirements, and promoting ongoing improvement in guest satisfaction. Collaboration with department leaders on training initiatives, cost control, and quality management is key. Additionally, the role represents management on shift.
