Role Overview

This leadership position demands full responsibility for the bottling section encompassing production, quality assurance, engineering, supply chain logistics, warehousing, and dispatch activities. The role prioritizes meeting production goals, maximizing efficiency, and maintaining quality and regulatory standards throughout bottling processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all bottling-related functions, ensuring coordination among cross-functional teams.
• Consistently achieve set production volumes on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Enhance productivity, line throughput, and equipment utilization for bottling operations.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, packaging integrity, and adherence to regulations.
• Supervise preventive maintenance procedures to reduce equipment downtime.
• Ensure steady availability of all raw materials, packaging supplies, and consumables.
• Oversee wastage, breakage, losses, and drive initiatives for cost savings.
• Enforce compliance with internal SOPs, safety protocols, and government excise requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, evaluate team performance, and foster skill development.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout bottling activities.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive 15 to 20 years experience in liquor, Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), beverage, or FMCG manufacturing sectors.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience specifically managing bottling operations.
• Strong expertise in production oversight, quality assurance, engineering and maintenance, and supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of automated bottling lines and overall plant operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse operational teams.
• Familiarity with quality management systems, excise laws, and statutory compliance.

Preferred Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering disciplines.
