Deputy Design Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Architect to strengthen our team based in Riyadh. This position calls for a professional with robust design capabilities, thorough technical knowledge, and enthusiasm for crafting cutting-edge architectural solutions.

Primary Duties

• Oversee and direct architectural design projects through all phases, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Lead and manage the preparation and submission of proposals for design contracts.
• Create comprehensive drawings, plans, and three-dimensional models utilizing advanced architectural software tools.
• Ensure all designs adhere strictly to both local and international building codes and standards.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to fulfill project goals.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior architectural staff.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with a Master's degree being preferable.
• Accumulated 4 to 5 years of pertinent experience in architectural design and executing projects.
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and additional architectural design software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience in international environments or involvement in global architectural projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable building design concepts and modern construction technologies.
