Position Overview

Join our team as a Department Manager at the PULL&BEAR store in Dresden, working full-time in a permanent position. You will be instrumental in maintaining smooth store operations both front and back, combining strong leadership with hands-on management.

Key Responsibilities

Support overall store management by leading daily team activities and ensuring seamless integration of processes, customer service, and sales. Identify areas where additional support is necessary and proactively act to address these needs. Collaborate with senior management to enforce standards, guide the team, and sustain continuous commercial momentum. Provide structural organization to the store to build the foundation for successful operations.

Qualifications

Understanding that a strong store is built on stability and accountable individuals, you recognize where intervention is required and take decisive action. You possess leadership capabilities and practical management skills that enable effective team oversight and operational flow.
