Role Overview

Join our team at PULL&BEAR in Frankfurt as a full-time Assistant Store Manager in a permanent position. You will play a key role in transforming strategies into tangible outcomes on the store floor every day.

Responsibilities

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team, nurture talent development, and ensure the store’s commercial objectives come to life. You will oversee sales, customer service, and workplace atmosphere simultaneously. Working alongside the Store Manager, you will make decisions, manage priorities, and continuously drive store progress. Your influence will be apparent in all areas from the team dynamics, the sales floor, to the financial results.
